1.    You must have applied to us and we must approve the application to become 
       an authorized referrer.

2.   We reserve the right to accept or decline the referrer's application without
      explanation. 

3.   We reserve the right to terminate a referrer's approval at any time with immediate 
      effect and not pay the referral fee or other commission, if it is found that the 
      referrer is exercising any of the Improper Business Practices listed below. 

4.   We reserve the right to change the rate of the referral fee or the type of free 
      software or hardware received as a commission, although we will not do so 
      without giving prior notice to existing referrers. 

5.   The amount of the referral fee or reduced rate training will be specified in
      our authorization agreement. 

6.   Payments will be made/shipped within 30 days of:

• the enrollment and the full payment of our fees by the referred new student.
• the full payment for any hardware or software purchased as the result of a referral. 

7.    If a customer has been referred by more than one authorized referrer, 
       commission will only be paid to the first referrer. 

Improper Business Practices

Any referrer activities considered by Key Computer Service, Inc. as improper are subject to the withholding of referrer fees, termination of the referrer's authorization and, if appropriate, legal prosecution to the maximum extent possible under the law.

Improper activities include, but are not limited to 

• using unsolicited email (and/or spam) to promote Key Computer Service, Inc. business or products sold. 
• linking to Key Computer Service, Inc., or its subsidiary sites, from sites that contain sexually explicit or any indecent, obscene or clearly offensive material.
• linking to Key Computer Service, Inc., or its subsidiary sites, from sites that promote any illegal activity or that promote violence or discrimination.
• providing customers with insufficient or misleading information about our courses, products, trademarks or copyrights.
• any other method of promotion which, in our judgment, is likely to bring Key Computer Service, Inc.  into disrepute.
